Information on the processing of personal data provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data GDPR of interested parties and collaborators of the Destination Agency Krušnohoří z.s.

Destination Agency Krušnohoří z.s., ID No.: 177 07 285, with registered office at Závodní 353/88, 360 06 Karlovy Vary, registered under file number L 10210 at the Regional Court in Pilsen as the administrator, hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data and your rights in accordance with the GDPR.

Purposes of processing your data

We process your personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of:

performance of obligations under contracts
the fulfilment of obligations arising from the terms and conditions of the services used
compliance with obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations
maintaining contacts with customer representatives and business partners
sending commercial communications offering products and services
organising business events and training, including invitations and accommodation
personalised access to our internet services
ensuring that our rights and legitimate interests are protected.

In accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, the Destination Agency Krušnohoří z.s. uses your contact data for the purpose of sending commercial communications with offers based on automated decision-making, including profiling, until you express your disagreement with this use of your contact.

Processing of your data

Identification data
In order to identify you unmistakably, we process personal data in the following scope: name, surname, title, company, position in the company.

Contact details
In order to contact you, we process personal data in the following fields: e-mail, telephone numbers, company address or contact address.

Professional data
In order to provide you with information about our products and services that match your professional focus, we process personal data in the following areas: occupation, professional specialisation, business questionnaires.

Data on the use of Internet services
In order to be able to tailor business information to your interests, we process personal data in the following areas: records of the use of our Internet services, IP addresses of devices and cookie identifiers.

Recipients of your data

Under certain conditions, your personal data may be disclosed to state authorities (the Police of the Czech Republic, courts, the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, etc.) in the exercise of their legal powers.

Duration of processing of your data

Your personal data is stored with us for the duration of the contract concluded between the company you represent and Destination Agency Krušnohoří z.s. or for the duration of your registration to use the services of Destination Agency Krušnohoří z.s.

After the termination of the contractual relationship between the company you represent and us or after the termination of your registration to use our services, we continue to process your personal data only for the purposes and for the period for which we are obliged to retain such data under generally binding legal regulations.

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial offers, the storage period of your personal data is 5 years from the date of consent.

Once the period of storage of your personal data or the period for which we are required to retain it by law has expired, we will anonymise or delete your personal data from our databases and systems.

What rights do you have

We process your data transparently, fairly, in accordance with the GDPR and generally binding legal regulations. You have the right to access and correct your data. In cases of processing of your data for which you have given your consent, you are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. If you wish to withdraw your consent to processing and there is no other legal basis for processing your data, or you object to receiving commercial communications, you have the right to erasure or restriction of processing.
