EURORANDO 2026 information webinar
An online information webinar on the EURORANDO 2026 festival will take place on February 25 at 4:00 p.m. (CET).
The webinar is intended for representatives of tourist clubs and other interested parties who want to obtain more detailed information about the organization and course of the festival. It will be held in English and will focus on practical organizational information.
Programme
- Introduction to the organizing team and the Ore Mountains location
- Transport to the Ore Mountains, including airport transfers
- Basic orientation on the EURORANDO website – language versions, sections, contacts
- Tickets – online purchase, card payment, reason for filling in additional information
- Welcome package – contents and options for pickup or distribution for larger groups
- Reservation system for guided tours, bus trips, and accompanying activities
- What is not included in the participant package (transportation to the venue, meals, participant insurance)
- Space for questions
