You can change the language under the globe icon in the upper-right corner as needed. Within a few minutes of purchasing a ticket with an international credit card (Visa, MasterCard), you’ll receive a QR code via email. If you accidentally deleted it, log in to GoOut using your credentials, where you’ll find your QR code; alternatively, you can have it resent to you. If you encounter any difficulties, please ask for help at a EURORANDO information desk. Present your QR code (on your phone or on paper) at any of the EURORANDO information desks in Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal:

What is a wooden ticket used for?
Please keep your wooden badge with you at all times. Wearing it in a visible place will make it easier for the organizers to identify EURORANDO participants. The wooden badge entitles you to free use of the shuttle buses on the routes during the period for which you registered, free transportation within the Karlovy Vary Region, and access to benefits from event partners.
