Free cable car ride at the end of the EURORANDO
The Klínovec Ski Resort has prepared a gift for participants in the EURORANDO hiking festival—on Saturday, September 26, the Dámská chairlift will operate free of charge.
The closing ceremony begins at 1:00 p.m. at the customs house in Boží Dar, so hikers has plenty of time to celebrate European Hiking Day with a little exercise. We recommend parking at the ski resort in Loučná pod Klínovcem, taking the cable car to the highest peak of the Ore Mountains, and then taking a leisurely 4-kilometer walk from Klínovec along the red trail to Boží Dar. Here you can sample local specialties and head to the customs house no later than 12:00 p.m. so you don’t miss the ceremonial unveiling of the stone heart.
After the program ends in Oberwiesenthal, a shuttle service will run back to Boží Dar and Loučná.
